"Un sabato con il Sole" on Monte Zugna
Afternoon at 1600 metres of altitude with the experts of the Civic Museum
Seven Saturdays to observe the sun through the telescope of the “Osservatorio Astronomico” on Monte Zugna, a few kilometers away from the centre of Rovereto.
The “Osservatorio Astronomico” lies on Monte Zugna, and it is managed by the “Fondazione Museo civico” of Rovereto.
The “Osservatorio” is equipped with multiple telescopes, three under the 4 meters tall dome, two of which allow to observe the sun and its features, during the day: spots, bumps, and spectrum. The experts of the Museo Civico will teach you how to gaze at the sky and look at the brightest star, with different eyes.
