Savor the sensory gifts of Nature at every step.
Let's take three deep breaths we temporarily let it go of thoughts and people, and enter a space where we can enjoy the abundance of sounds, shapes, scents that Nature gives us, walking along the Maggiore di Levico stream. Participants will be stimulated to bring attention to their senses to relax the mind, grasp and feel the communion with the natural environment, while we walk.
