Comano Gravel Experience

A cycling tour that takes you up the Sarca River in Limarò Gorge, before looping back to Garda via Lake Tenno

A gravel trail that leads from Garda to the Brenta Dolomites, through the quiet valley of Comano. Our tour commences with an ascent through the Basso Sarca Valley, before venturing into the breath-taking natural gorge of Limarò. A particularly captivating section of the trail involves crossing Balandin Bridge, which spans the depths of the gorge carved by the Sarca River. We then head into the area of Bleggio Inferiore, before continuing towards Lomaso and climbing the Passo del Ballino. The valley exudes a wealth of tradition and authenticity that is only found in rural regions. Aside from a few short stretches, the tour runs along smooth and pleasant ground.

A small detour near Balandin Bridge will take you to the old bridge, and a beautiful observation point over the gorge.
