Fiera di San Francesco

Born as an annual occasion for exchange and gathering, the Fiera di San Francesco returns to enliven the centre of Tiarno di Sotto with a traditional market, music and a food route dedicated to the cuisine of Valle di Ledro.

Among the highlights of the day is polenta, offered in its different variations: yellow, potato and buckwheat.
Preparations that tell the story of rural culture and the gastronomic traditions of the valley, to be enjoyed in the authentic atmosphere of a village festival with deep roots, even from the top of the bell tower.
