Tremalzo has something to offer in every season. Spring is the season of blooming, summer of alpine pasture, autumn of migratory birds. In winter a thick blanket of snow covers the meadows of Tremalzo and everything turns white. Until the 1980s, Tremalzo was also a ski resort. Even today, the areas without vegetation bear witness to the presence of ski lifts.

    Author’s recommendation

During holidays and weekends, the Da Richetto restaurant and Albergo Garda offer the possibility to refresh yourself after the snowshoe walk.

    Safety information

As you can imagine, the passability of routes in a mountain environment is strictly linked to current conditions and therefore depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet may have changed. Before setting out, check the status of the path by contacting the hut managers along your route, alpine guides, visitors centers of natural parks, and tourist offices.
