Altopiano di Vezzena #1
A paradise for cross-country skiers, the Vezzena plateau (1414 m a.s.l.), is an evocative, uncontaminated area in the upper Valsugana valley. There are 12 km of runs groomed for free technique skiing, a ring track at Vezzena Pass and a link track (12 km) connecting to the ski-trails of the Millegrobbe Cross-country Ski Centre of Lavarone and Luserna. Another 21-km run connects skiers to the Campolongo Cross-country Centre on the Asiago Sette Comuni Plateau.
The endless stretch of pastures and woods in the area, where delicious Vezzena cheese is manufactured, offers kilometres over kilometres of tracks in a uniquely beautiful and wide natural environment.
