    The large spaces of the apartment are distributed between a large kitchen very well equipped with every comfort, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a large sofa bed with memory foam-mattress in the living area, table-bar, bathroom with tub and shower, private car park, and free WiFi throughout the apartment.

    The living room and the master bedroom enjoy the beautiful view of the lake; the bathroom, the second bedroom and the kitchen overlook a small rock garden.

    Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is by 11am.

    In case of late check-in it's possible to provide the door opener code + a small security box with the keys of the apartment. In this case, it'll be enough to text in time your late check-in to +39 331 1234215.

    Children are welcome, for the little ones a small bed and a table seat are available.

    A maximum of one small pet is allowed, on request and with a supplement.
