BOOKING CHARGE: each booking procedure has an extra cost of € 26,00, that will be debited on guest’s bill on the arrival day. The booking costs of € 26,00 will be debited in any case, also in case of cancellation .
PAYMENT: for the reservation is not necessary an advanced payment. The total amount of the booking must be paid on the arrival day, also in case of a possible delayed arrival or earlier departure. The Direction has the right to occupy the pitch again after it has been left.
Situated just a few meters from the beautiful Caldonazzo-lake, in a quiet and natural area, Camping Mario Village has shaded pitches up to 150 m² 6/16 Amp (some with water supply and drain) and comfortable mobile homes up to 33 m².
You will find HEATED POOL with whirlpool beach and water slide, modern toilet facilities with baby-room, bar restaurant pizzeria, minimarket and playground.

CANCELLATION POLICY: you can cancel your holiday only via e-mail (cancellation notifications by phone cannot be accepted). The amount of the booking cancellation amount must be paid by bank transfer.
-Cancellation up to 31 days before your arrival – arrival day included: free of charge, except for the booking costs of € 26,00 that will be debited in any case.
-Cancellation from 30 to 16 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 30% of the total amount of your booking.
-Cancellation from 15 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.
-Lack of notification or no shows: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.

VILLAGE: Arrival from 17:00 to 19:00 (any delays or changes must be communicated immediately to the campsite or we will cancel and charge the entire reservation)
Guests must leave the accommodation in the same conditions they found it. Guests may clean by themselves or use the cleaning service for € 26,00 (the guest must in any case leave the kitchen clean and throw the rubbish away). In case the final inspection shows that the accommodation is not in order, the guest will be charged with a penalty of € 80,00.
CAMPING: Arrival from 12:00 to 19:00 (any delays or changes must be communicated immediately to the campsite or we will cancel and charge the entire reservation)
On your departure day the pitch must be free by 10 am., and also the persons must leave the camping before 10 am. An extra night will be charged if the departure is after these times.

CHALET GOLD
One double-bed room and one bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette with sink and fridge, a covered wooden terrace with table and chairs and a parking place next to the mobile home.
Chalet Gold are equipped with air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, safe-box, drying rack, kitchenware, hairdryer, blankets and pillows. You can rent bed linen and towels upon booking. Kitchen towels, cleaning cloths, garbage bags and toilet paper are not provided.

Detail pokoje
The pitches "B" have an area about 100 sq.m. They are surrounded by greenery, delimited and numbered. They are equipped with electrical connection 6 Ampères, while drinking water is supplied by numerous fountains located along the avenues. The car has to be parked inside the pitch area.
The sanitary blocks are modernly equipped, recently restyled, impeccably clean and easily accessible from all pitches.
