Platební podmínky
Booking is valid with the deposit payment within the time limits laid down in the request sent by the Hotel.
Cancellation of a reservation with official rates not with promotional rates.
In the case of a reservation cancellation, please communicate the non-arrival in writing. If the communication takes place 30 days prior to the date of arrival, taking advantage of the official rates, cancellation is without penalty. After this period the paid deposit will be retained (art.1385 Civil Code).
Prepaid Booking Cancellation is Non- Refundable
At the time of booking you will be prompted for its confirmation; a balance or deposit in percentage with respect to the total required, in any case,it is non-refundable. In the case of cancellation, modification or no-show it will be held and accounted for the entire amount requested or paid as a deposit. The prepaid reservation is non-refundable it is not reversible for any reason, even if serious.
Early Departure
In the case of early departure or late arrival, you will be charged for the remaining nights or nights not used
