After the unique edition of 2024, the 2025 Alpine Cup, scheduled from 12 to 16 March, returns to the original format of a regular winter race and will be the first race of the year valid for the Italian Major Events Championship of ACI Sport.
THE ROUTE:
After the technical and sporting checks, the first City of Brescia Trophy will start at 17:00, the 1vs1 challenge that will enliven the city centre.
- On Thursday 13 March, the first stage will start from Brescia in the direction of Lago d 'Iseo, then going up the middle-high Valcamonica to Darfo Boario, to end the morning in Tirano with a lunch break. After the stop, the crews will cross the Aprica Pass to reach Livigno. The end of the day is scheduled across the border, in the territory of St Moritz.
- On Friday, March 14, after the start of the second day of the race from St. Moritz, the Passo del Fuorn will take the cars to Val Müstair, where the evocative Monastery of St. John, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983, and Lake Resia, known for the bell tower that emerges from its waters, will welcome the passage of the cars before crossing the border with Austria and arriving at Stams for lunch. In the afternoon, passing through Brenner, the race will return to Italy to finish the stage in Brixen.
- Saturday, March 15, the third and final stage: from Bressanone, crossing the Gardena and Pordoi passes, the Val di Fassa and the Val di Fiemme, the cars will reach the beautiful setting of Lake Serraia to Baselga di Piné, where the last lunch in the race will be hosted. The competition, after touching Trento, will end with the award ceremony in Ponte di Legno-Tonale.
A maximum of 80 cars built until 1990 will be admitted to the race, which will compete to win one of the 7 guarantees of acceptance to the 2026 1000 Miglia up for grabs.
