When winter makes room for spring, the charm of the night meets the flavours of the mountain
An on-foot itinerary through the woods and the meadows of Polsa, on the Brentonico plateau, on the Trentino’s side of Monte Baldo, with a tasty dinner, accompanied by music to end the night.

- ascent: 233 m / descent: 272 m
- please note: the excursion will be carried out on foot, snowshoes or crampons, according to the conditions of the snowpack. (guests will be informed in the days preceding the activity)

“Golosaneve” is an unmissable event, fit for foodies who also happen to love the snow! An excursion to discover the beautiful scenery of the “Parco Naturale Locale del Monte Baldo”, at dusk.
However, from great walks comes a great appetite! Start the excursion with a tasty aperitif at “Ristorante Etrusca” and conclude it with a tasty stop to gather your energy, and taste the authentic flavours of the mountain, accompanied by live-music and the cozy warmth of the braciers.
Menu:
- Trentino-style “polenta concia” (enriched with cheese and butter) with “lucanica” (think pork sausage), and cheese
- Marinated cabbage, with fennel
- Local red wine / alcohol free beverage
