On Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, at 7:30 PM at Teatro Zandonai in Rovereto, the “Cuochi dell’Alleanza Slow Food” cooks meet “Enantio a piede franco (Enantio from ungrafted vineyards), Presidio Slow Food”: a three-course dinner paired with Vallagarina’s native wine, celebrating this precious gem of history and biodiversity. Special guests: Paolo Betti and Roeno Winery.
