They are a true pillar of Italian light music. After more than half a century of career, they continue to walk the stages of all Italy with the same energy and passion of their beginnings.
It was the beginning of the sixties when, between Modena and Reggio Emilia, Beppe Carletti and Augusto Daolio decided to found a band. The official debut comes in 1963 and the name chosen is Nomadi: a denomination born almost by chance, but which will prove prophetic.
More than fiftyyears later, the spirit has remained unchanged: about 90 concerts a year throughout the peninsula, capable of involving spectators of all ages and of feeding what has always been called the "nomadic people", an affectionate community that spans generations.
Today the Nomads are: Beppe Carletti (keyboards), Cico Falzone (guitars), Daniele Campani (drums), Massimo Vecchi (bass and vocals), Sergio Reggioli (violin, percussion and vocals) and, from 3 March 2017, Yuri Cilloni (vocals), who joined the band bringing new energy and continuity to the historic band.
