Experience the excitement of the Weekly Skitour in Val di Fassa with a special tour in the San Pellegrino ski area! Accompanied by our ski instructors, explore many tracks surrounded by unique panoramas
Programme. Join the local ski instructors and discover the San Pellegrino ski area, from the scenic slopes of "Costabella" and "Om Picol" to the stunning porphyry balcony of Col Margherita, accessible by cable car. Did you know that the Innamorati slope, one of the longest in the Dolomites, is right here? Stretching 11.5 km, it leads to Falcade, surrounded by the breathtaking peaks of Focobon, Mulaz, and Pale di San Martino. And there’s more: San Pellegrino is home to the CNR atmospheric observatory, where the air is as pure as in the Arctic Circle; La Volata, an iconic Alpine Skiing World Cup slope; and a dedicated ARTVA training camp for avalanche rescue simulations. A destination that excites at every turn - even in its cosy mountain huts!
The experience is designed for skiers and snowboarders aged 16 and above, with confident skills on red slopes. Participants must arrive at the meeting point with a valid Alpe Lusia/San Pellegrino, San Pellegrino, Valle Silver or Dolomiti Superski pass. Helmets are mandatory for participants under 18 and strongly recommended for everyone. Complete ski or snowboard equipment is available for hire in the valley’s villages.
Price:
- 50 € for adults and children (from 16 years)
- 30 € for Val di Fassa Guest Card holders
The price does not include the ski pass, insurance cover, lunch, or any food and drinks consumed during the day.
Meeting point: at 8.30 a.m. at the departure station of the "Gigante" chairlift at Pellegrino Pass (Ski School Moena Dolomiti office; 12 km from Moena. Return around 3.30 p.m.
Registration online or in the tourist offices of the valley by 4 p.m. on the previous day. Activity with a limited number of participants. In case of strong wind, or adverse weather conditions preventing the opening of the lifts or threatening the participants’ safety, the initiative will be cancelled with full refund. Any cancellation will be communicated within 4 p.m. of the previous day.
