The Museo Navarini is an extraordinary collection of furniture, furnishing accessories, but above all about three thousand copper artefacts from the sixteenth century to the post-war period of the Second World War, displayed in a museum trail that traces the history of the metal but, even before this, the history of mankind, ranging from daily life and splendour to ingenuity and craftsmanship.

Amongst the sixteenth-century stone barrel vaults, which were once in the cowsheds that were buried by the rage of Rio Gola (stream), there is an immersive and picturesque atmosphere in the exhibited copper objects that narrate the echoes and noises of ancient artisan workshops, where the shiny reflections and reddish brown colour of the metal bring to mind the art of working copper and its protagonists.

It is also possible to ask to see the metalworking crafts, such as chiselling and soldering, which still today are usually carried out in the adjacent workshop, the headquarters of the family company that is now managed by its fourth generation.

You should preferably make agreements for your visit either by phone or via email
