We can truly call it the Lavarone tour, a beautiful and long ride that touches the four cardinal points of the Lavarone terrace through dense fir forests, panoramas, and historical landmarks… all you have to do is pedal!
Without hesitation, we take on this splendid tour that circles the entire perimeter of Lavarone. The first stop is Tomazòl. From here, the view over the Upper Valsugana and Lake Caldonazzo takes your breath away! One of the most beautiful in Trentino! Then, after crossing the dense forests of Monte Tablat, we reach the… Enchanted Den! It’s not a fairy tale house, but a mountain restaurant serving the tastiest dishes of the Alpe, with Vezzena cheese as a highlight. Refreshed, we continue and from Passo del Cost we literally descend to Forte Belvedere Gschwent, the Great War museum fort. Casemates, underground walkways, all worth a visit. A bike holiday full of nature, panoramas, great food, history, and culture. What more could you want?
