The tour starts in Mezzocorona and includes two climbs, both of which are in the Val di Non. The first is the Denno climb and the second is the one up to the Passo Mendola, which is one of the 23 legendary climbs in Trentino. The route takes in the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, going through apple orchards and fir woods near the Passo Mendola and vineyards on the Valle dell’Adige “wine road”.

    Author’s recommendation

Those looking for even more climbing can head up to the top of Monte Penegal on the road on the left from the Passo Mendola. You can find out more in the suggestions on the page for the legendary Passo Mendola climb.
