Taste Walk in Val di Sole - Day 2
A route along the trails of the lower Val di Sole where you can stop to taste typical Val di Sole products and visit cultural sites.

The trail runs along the Noce River in the lower part of Val di Sole, characterized by green forests and apple crops. Starting in Croviana, where for lovers of the world of bees and insects it will be pure fun to visit the MMape - Mill Bee Museum, we move to the center of town for a visit to La Bottega del Pinelo to continue to Malè, the most populous center in the area and cradle of the ancient Solandra civilization. After a stop at the Cercen Dairy in Terzolas, it is on to Samoclevo. In San Giacomo it is possible to participate in an excursion "at the donkey's pace" and then refresh and stay overnight at the Agritur Solasna. On the second day, those who wish can reach the village of Tozzaga, for a visit to the Pedergnana Ettore Farm, where they can taste fragrant farm-produced salumi. Continue along the ancient irrigation canal, "la Lec" to Bozzana, a place of trenches. Crossing the Noce, you take the famous Val di Sole bicycle and pedestrian path until you reach Contre, a green oasis overlooking the Noce River. Those who wish can climb up to the historic center of Caldes to visit the ancient castle. Returning to the river, continue along the bike/pedestrian path to Località Regazzini, where you can enjoy a great lunch at the Osteria del Bosco and have fun with the little ones in the nearby Flying Park. From here you can reach the industrial area of Malè for a visit to the Fattore Legno Museum and some juice and jam shopping at Gustonatura. You then return to the starting point.

Products not to be missed along the way:

The fragrant cured meats, local cheeses and the famous Casolét della Val di Sole, a raw milk cheese that has been a Slow Food Presidium for years; apples and its processed products, such as juices and jams.
