Wine Trekking Gourmet
A gourmet lunch in stages along a 5 km route amid the warm colors of autumn in Cembra
Oratory of Cembra | Cembra Campaigns
A gourmet itinerant lunch, a sensory experience with stops along a circular route of about 5 km through the vineyards and landscapes of the Cembra Valley, enveloped by the warm colors of autumn.
At each stop, a new surprise of taste: gourmet dishes created and realized by local chefs under the guidance of starred Chef Alessandro Gilmozzi**, in a crescendo of flavors from appetizer to dessert, paired with the wines of the Cembra Valley.
A path dedicated to the culture of wine and grapes, where the pleasure of the table meets the beauty of the landscape: among terraces, panoramic glimpses, and autumn nature, guests will discover the best of the gastronomy of Fiemme and Cembra, tasting wines, sparkling wines, and mountain grappas, with water from the Dolomiti Cedea.
