In Trentino, between palm trees, olive trees and vines, in the charming town of Arco, our two apartments Castello and Pichea are located, under the medieval castle (20 min on foot), near the Duomo, the most famous climbing walls and the main hospitals and nursing homes in the city. Apartments Arco in Centro inaugurated on June 21, is located on the 2nd floor of a villa on the first floor of which is the B&B Arco in Centro.The Castello apartment has two balconies, one overlooking the castle, while the Pichea on the monutosa chain of the same name.The Castle inside houses a bedroom and balcony on the castle side, a bathroom with shower with window, a living room with sofa, balcony and window, very bright. The Pichea is very bright, has a bathroom with windowed shower, bedroom with balcony, a living room kitchen 28 sqm sofa bed (mattress 160x190 cm) balcony.

There is a garage for bikes, windsurfers and equipment.

We require a deposit of 200 euros in cash on arrival, to cover any damage, loss of keys, etc. and correct division of garbage, otherwise it will be returned in cash on departure.

The car has to be parked in the neighbourhod on the pubblic street for Castello and in the garden for Pichea and Stivo apartments.

The law provides for the signing of a contract on arrival, for this reason, within 2 days of arrival, the sending of identity documents of all residents will be required.

The Castello apartment has two balconies, one overlooking the castle and the other overlooking the Pichea mountain range. Inside, the Castello apartment has a bedroom (memoryform mattress 200x160) with window and balcony on the castle side, a bathroom with windowed shower, a living room with sofa, balcony and window, very bright. The price of the apartment includes Wii-fi use, air conditioning / heating, hairdryer, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, toast plate, hob. induction with pans, dishes, iron and ironing board on request.

Linen included in the price: bed, bathroom, kitchen.

Cleaning costs are 40 euros and are not included in the price per night.
