Beschikbaarheid van twee appartementen:
- op de begane grond een appartement van 60 m² met 2 kamers en 4/6 slaapplaatsen, een ruime service, woon-eetkamer, houtkachel, wasmachine, tv en tuin. Ideaal voor ouderen en kinderen.
- op de eerste verdieping een appartement van 90 m² met twee kamers en 6 slaapplaatsen, dubbele voorzieningen, ruime woon-eetkamer, houtkachel, wasmachine. Tv, elektrische oven, balkons, met een lift.
Het huis heeft externe parkeerplaatsen, een skidepot, zelfstandige verwarming (met kosten naar gebruik tijdens de winter).
Het gebouw bevindt zich naast de speeltuin en op enkele meters van de fietspad, het rafting- en kano-centrum, niet ver van het dorpscentrum en ongeveer 2 km van de skigebieden.
Op aanvraag zijn er beddengoed en keukentextiel beschikbaar, kinderbedje, strijkijzer met strijkplank.

Betalingsvoorwaarden
