Residence Arnica 1, een nieuw gebouwde woning in alpine stijl, ligt in het Nationaal Park Stilfserjoch op enkele stappen van het dorpscentrum, in een rustige en zonnige omgeving.
STRUCTUUR:
Residence Arnica 1 bestaat uit drie charmante rijtjeshuizen omringd door een tuin.
De appartementen zijn zeer comfortabel en functioneel, beschikken over een eigen verwarming en zijn voorzien van een garage, tuin en een externe parkeerplaats.
Ze genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de Monte Vioz en de toppen van de Ortles-Cevedale groep.
De appartementen op de begane grond hebben directe toegang tot de tuin; de andere hebben ook zonnige balkons.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee.
