Get ready to experience an unforgettable experience among authentic flavours and enveloping aromas, immersed in the beauty of the streets, buildings and squares of the historic centre.
An event of national and international scope that enhances the food and wine excellence of Trentino through authentic and engaging experiences, dedicated to the flavours, aromas and colours of autumn.
For eleven days, the city of Trento is animated by markets, tastings, meetings, workshops, insights and show cooking, with the participation of producers, chefs and high-profile experts in the sector. The event spreads to numerous places in the city, from institutional spaces to historic buildings, from the Buonconsiglio Castle to the most evocative towers of the city, up to the main squares and streets of the historic centre.
