Beer Tour & Tasting
Guided tour of the Rampeèr brewery in Campitello with a narrated tasting session led by brewer Daniel
An experience designed for true beer lovers, face to face with Daniel, master brewer and the heart and soul of the Campitello brewery. After years of travelling across Europe and studying the finest brewing techniques, Daniel created the first craft beer made in Val di Fassa. Today, he is ready to share its history, passion and secrets with those who aren't content simply to drink a beer, but want to truly understand it. Guided by his voice and enthusiasm, you'll step into the heart of mountain craft beer production. You will discover every stage of the process: from the selection of natural ingredients, with the pure water of Val Duron as a distinctive feature, to the brewing of the wort in the copper kettle in the brewhouse, right through to fermentation, bottling and tapping. To round off the experience, a guided tasting of craft beers paired with typical cheeses from the Val di Fassa: a sensory journey through scents, flavours and stories of the local area.

Mandatory phone reservation or directly at the inn within 12 noon of the same day.
Meeting point: on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. by the brewery-inn "Rampeèr" in Campitello. Duration of activity: approx. 1 hour.
In case of lacking the minimum number of participants or of impossibility to organize the guided visit, the activity will be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to contact the facility by telephone at least the day before to cancel your visit.
