A journey through history and technology to let you touch and breathe in the scent of wine through the story of its origins.
The experience begins with a visit to the wine cellar, where you will be able to get to know one of Vallagarina’s centuries-old institutions up close. Let yourself be guided through the extensive winemaking and ageing areas to explore and learn first-hand all the stages that lead from the vineyard to the goblet.
Afterwards, in the Vivallis wine shop showroom, you will be told the story of the first Trentino sparkling wine producer dating back to 1899, of the Depero line, unique in its kind and the most representative products of Vallagarina.
Finally, you will be able to take part in a blind tasting to enjoy a 360° experience of aromas, olfactory, gustatory and tactile nuances.
