The Fiavé Pile-Dwelling Museum presents “ArcheoCinema on Stilts”
The Fiavé Pile-Dwelling Museum is pleased to host “ArcheoCinema on Stilts”, a new film series dedicated to archaeological cinema. The event includes four screenings, scheduled for May 16, 25, 30 and June 6, and is organized by the Archaeological Heritage Office of the UMSt Department for Cultural Heritage of the Autonomous Province of Trento, in collaboration with the RAM Film Festival (Rovereto Archaeology Memories) and the Municipality of Fiavé.
The documentaries are selected from the RAM Film Festival archive, which also curated the Italian editions of international films. The central theme of the series is archaeological heritage - its protection, preservation, and enhancement - with a particular focus on pile-dwellings in antiquity and life in lake environments during the Bronze Age.
Each screening will be introduced by experts from the Archaeological Heritage Office, offering the audience valuable insights and context.
