A food and wine route in the historic centre of Cembra

A food and wine toure for a great dinner animated by music in typical “Caneve” of historic centre of Cembra, to discover the flavors of the valley and the wines, sparkling wines and grappa of Cembrani DOC. A gastronomic journey to celebrate the end of harvest with the producers themselves, that will welcome you in each Caneva and tell the fruits of their labor. A true sensory experience accompanied by folk music, rock and jazz distributed along the way, enriched by Caneve of Art and traditional dishes served in wrapped ancient and porches of Cembra.
