When the sun sets over the Dolomites and the streets of the village of Vigo light up with lights, scents and smiles, "Entorn Vich" returns, the travelling evening that has become an unmissable event for those who love authentic traditions and good food. Starting at 7:30 p.m., the town is transformed into a journey of taste, made up of encounters, flavours and moments to share. At each stop along the streets of the town centre, between a chat and a laugh, you can savour the best specialities prepared with local ingredients, thanks to the efforts of volunteers and chefs from the town's hotels: mountain cheeses and cured meats, carne salada (salted beef), barley soup, dumplings, polenta with sausage and sauerkraut, apple strudel... A menu that tells the story of the territory with every bite. To make the evening even more special, there are excellent drinks: Trentino wines selected by the Val di Cembra consortium, organic juices, syrups and artisan grappas by "Cianeva de la Sgnapa" shop.
But "Entorn Vich" is not just about taste: along the route you can enjoy folk dancing, live music, demonstrations of ancient crafts and activities for the whole family, thanks to the lively participation of the valley's associations.
