Floristi per passione: scopriamo la Riserva Locale di Ziano e Predazzo
Guided excursion between Ziano and Predazzo where participants will contribute to the mapping of Trentino's flora, monitoring the evolution of species in response to climate change.
The walk, organized by the Palace of the Magnificent Community of Fiemme and the Rovereto Civic Museum Foundation, allows you to discover the extraordinary floral richness that populates the valley floor of the Avisio stream, along the stretch that extends between the Gazo (Predazzo) and Roda (Ziano) bridges.
During the excursion, participants equipped with smartphones will have the opportunity to record the floral biodiversity present along the route, contributing to the mapping of the flora of Trentino: a database that currently has over 1,400,000 data points. Will we be able to find traces of the floral change induced by climate warming?
