Get ready for an unforgettable culinary experience that celebrates the conviviality and traditions of Val di Fassa at one of the most eagerly awaited and loved summer events: Soraga's "Golosando" festival! In the meadow below the church, from 6.30 p.m. onwards, the air will be filled with irresistible aromas and contagious laughter as you savour the tastiest dishes of Ladin tradition, cooked with passion by volunteer associations and chefs from the village hotels. The menu is a journey through Ladin flavours: start with classic dumplings and continue with a rich barley soup. Don't miss the polenta, cooked in the copper pot and served with succulent sausage, tender knuckle and intensely flavoured local cheeses. And finally, let yourself be tempted by the typical desserts that are sure to win your palate over. But it is not just the food that makes this evening magical. The atmosphere is made even more special by the live music of "Spritz Band", which will have you dancing and singing under the stars, with songs ranging from the rousing Tyrolean music typical of Oktoberfest to Romagna ballroom dancing, from the legendary 1960s to Italian and international singer-songwriters.
Tickets can be purchased at the cash desk at the entrance to the meadow. Reservations are not required. Seating with takeaway possibility. In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled and postponed until a later date.
