In the heart of Alpe Cimbra, Luserna, one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages, transforms into an enchanted place where emotion, sustainability, and tradition meet under the starry sky of San Lorenzo.

On August 10, experience The Village of Wishes, a national event dedicated to the most magical night of summer, featuring nature experiences, authentic tastes, traditional games, astronomical observations, creative workshops, and live music.

Event Schedule

4:00 PM – Trek “Lusérn’s Imaginary Trail: Fantasy and Biodiversity” – Meeting at Piazza Marconi
A guided hike rediscovering the landscape of Alpe Cimbra with fresh eyes—where fantasy and biodiversity meet.

4:00 PM – Workshop “The Garden of Wishes” – Meeting at Piazza Marconi
Plant edible and medicinal local species. Learn how to use them, explore recipes, and build a charming scarecrow to guard your seeds.

4:00–10:00 PM – Well of Wishes
Write your wish and entrust it to the special well installed in central Luserna.
The association will collect selected wishes from each municipality and a commission of two women and two men will choose the winner, who will receive a Smart Box weekend getaway for two in one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages.

5:00 PM – Workshop “Wish Notebook” – Meeting at Piazza Marconi
A creative workshop for all ages to create an illustrated diary of your dreams, featuring local medicinal and edible plants.

Imagine a big pot of polenta simmering and releasing the aromas of Alpe Specchio cheese… crowned as the most delicious polenta in the realm—are you ready to wish for it?

7:30 PM – KM0 Wishes Aperitif – Meeting at Piazza Marconi
Join us for a special aperitif at sunset with authentic flavors from Alpe Cimbra. Local products, regional wines, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the heart of one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages.

Evening: Music and Stars

9:00 PM – Ensemble of Wishes
In Piazza Marconi, enjoy a live concert by the Ensemble Girolamo Frescobaldi, to ignite Luserna’s night with music, emotion, and shared vibes.

9:30 PM – Night of Wishes and Constellations – Meeting at Piazza Marconi
Together with the Astrofilo Rovereto, observe the San Lorenzo sky—constellations, planets, and shooting stars promise a suggestive and unforgettable evening.
