On July 13th, starting from 6:00 PM, the center of Folgaria turns into a large open-air restaurant with the traditional Farmer’s Dinner!
Restaurants and taverns along the village streets await you to savor the most authentic dishes of Trentino’s culinary tradition, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with mountain aromas and flavors.
The true stars of the evening will be local and regional specialties: canederli (bread dumplings), carne salada (salt-cured beef), tortel di patate (potato cakes), speck, Vezzena cheese, Tonco del Pontesel, Trentino barley soup, and to finish, strudel and Sacher cake. All accompanied by local wines, craft beers, and aromatic grappas… the choice is yours!
The evening will also feature folk music, traditional games, entertainment, and fun for all ages—celebrating Trentino’s most genuine traditions in a festive and joyful atmosphere.
